We also provide home care services to help maintain your space while you're away. This includes home security watch, plant care, mail and package management, and our signature Home Refresh service.


What is a Home Refresh?

Included in every package, our Home Refresh service is designed to gently reset your space so you can return to a calm, clean home.

When do clients usually request a full Home Refresh?

Many clients request a Full Home Refresh before returning from travel so they come home to a clean, welcoming environment. It can also be scheduled as part of ongoing home care visits. (Can be added to any package)


Do you offer full house cleaning?

Absolutely! In addition to our signature Home Refresh, we offer Full-Service Home Care for clients who want a deep, thorough clean.

You can add this to any pet or home care package for convenience.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

While we recommend booking in advance to secure your peace of mind, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

That’s why we provide daily GPS tracking, live updates, photos, and personalized check-ins during every visit.

We prive ourselves in giving pet parents the benefits of professional care without the stress of relocation.


Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, to ensure we can provide reliable service for all our clients, we have a simple cancellation policy.

We kindly ask for at least 7 business days’ notice for changes or cancellations when booking pet care services, and at least 3 business days’ notice for Full Home Refresh services.
