Our packages include drop-in pet and home visits, daily overnight live-in presence, dog walking, obedience training, plant, and home care services (mail retrieval upon request).

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple…
Fill out our new client form on our website, and we’ll invite you to a brief virtual Welcome Call via Zoom or regular. After reviewing your care instructions, we will invite you to create your pet parent portal.
Once logged into your account, you can schedule your complementary first Meet & Greet with your preferred sitter. No matter who shows up, our quality of care remains no less than excellent across all of our trained and insured team members.

What home services do you offer?

In addition to personalized pet care, we also provide home care services to help maintain your space while you're away. This includes home watch visits, plant care, mail and package management, and our signature Home Refresh service.
What is a Home Refresh?

Our Home Refresh service is designed to gently reset your space so you can return to a calm, clean home. It may include light cleaning, tidying, dusting, surface wiping, vacuuming, and small touches that help your home feel peaceful and cared for.
When do clients usually request a Home Refresh?

Many clients request a Home Refresh before returning from travel so they come home to a clean, welcoming environment. It can also be scheduled as part of ongoing home care visits.
Do you offer full house cleaning?

Absolutely! In addition to our signature Home Refresh, we offer Full-Service Home Care for clients who want a deep, thorough clean.
Perfect for Airbnb turnovers, post-travel prep, or anyone who wants their home fully refreshed.
You can add this to any pet or home care package for convenience.

While we recommend booking in advance to secure your peace of mind, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, to ensure we can provide reliable service for all our clients, we have a simple cancellation policy.
We kindly ask for at least 7 business days’ notice for changes or cancellations when booking pet care services, and at least 3 business days’ notice for Home Refresh services. This allows us to adjust schedules and continue providing reliable, attentive care for all our clients.
